Victor Fersht is Chairman, International Association for Joint Programs of United Nations Human Settlement Programs – UN-Habitat and UNESCO, Vladivostok, Russia, and Executive Chairman, Best Practices Magazine (UN-Habitat).

Robert Freestone is Associate Professor of Planning and Urban Development, Faculty of the Built Environment, at the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Global Urban Development, and a member of the GUD Program Committee on Celebrating Our Urban Heritage.

Vidhu Gandhi is a Doctoral Student at the Faculty of the Built Environment, University of New South Wales, Australia.

Victor Korskov is Director, UNESCO Programs, Vladivostok, Russia.

Miguel Hernandez Lopez is Co-Chairman of Avenue TWC and is one of Europe’s leading city development experts, with particular experience in urban regeneration and sustainability. Within the LIEP Program, he directed the team of experts responsible for developing an Urban Regeneration Strategy for Tiexi District in Shenyang. He has a degree in Architecture and Town Planning from the Universidad Politecnica of Madrid.

Slaheddine Malouch is President Director General, Agence de Rehabiliation et de Renovation Urbaine, Ariana, Tunisia.

Isabel Rodriguez Maribona, PhD, is an engineer and Head of Cultural Heritage, Building and Territorial Development Unit, LABEIN, Spain.

Rafael Moneo is a Spanish engineer based in Berlin, Germany. He currently is an independent property and marketing expert. He has worked as Project Manager for the architecture studio of the Spanish architect Rafael Moneo and as head of the property team in the Berlin headquarters of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Anna Myalk is Director of the Federal Agency for the Protection of Monuments, Vladivostok, Russia.

Hassan Radoine is an Assistant Professor, Department of Architectural Engineering, University of Sharjah, UAE.

Jurate Raugaliene is an architect in Vilnius Old Town Renewal Agency, Vilnius, Lithuania.

Igone Revilla is an urban sociologist and with the Building and Territorial Development Unit, LABEIN, Spain.

Donovan D. Rypkema is President of Heritage Strategies International in Washington, DC, and a member of the Board of Directors of Global Urban Development, serving as Co-Chair of the GUD Program Committee on Celebrating Our Urban Heritage. HSI was established in 2004 as a companion firm to PlaceEconomics, a consulting firm of which Rypkema is the principal. Rypkema has worked with communities in 49 States, seven Canadian Provinces and over 20 countries. He is the author of The Economics of Historic Preservation, Community Initiated Development, The Economics of Rehabilitation, Economic Development on Main Street, and other works published by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Kathryn Schneider Smith is an historian specializing in the history of Washington, DC, and served as the founding executive director of Cultural Tourism DC. She is a member of the Advisory Board of Global Urban Development, and a member of the GUD Program Committee on Celebrating Our Urban Heritage.

Carolina Trujillo is director for Avenue TWC-China and an architect specialized in city and regional planning and urban design. Since 1995 she has worked for the private and public sector, participating in different urban development projects in different countries, including Latin America, China and Europe. She has a degree in Architecture from the University of Los Andes in Colombia and a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from the CEU University in Madrid.

Pablo Vaggione is a Research Associate, Tokyo Institute of Technology on urban conservation, regeneration, and development. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Global Urban Development, and a member of the GUD Program Committee on Celebrating Our Urban Heritage.

Paul Wakefield is Co-Chairman of Avenue TWC and an internationally recognized expert in real estate and urban development. His experience is based around developing global visions for the transformation and use of key strategic locations and areas in the development of the urban environment. His international experience includes China, Japan, and Europe.

Yume Yamaguchi is the Project Director for the Luang Prabang Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) project and is an Associate Professor and Advisor to the President of Tokyo Institute of Technology.

Monica Zgaib is an architect, has a PhD in Urban Regeneration, and is a marketing expert with significant international experience in developing and implementing promotional and investment strategies. She has collaborated with Avenue TWC, the Building and Territorial Development Unit, LABEIN, Spain, and other organizations on projects in South America, Europe, and China.
